A New Chapter for De Haven Oost
As a family, we are excited to share that De Haven Oost will be entering a new season. We are preparing to launch De Haven Oost as a peaceful country retreat for individuals and small groups. A place to break away, rest, reconnect, and share special moments in the quiet beauty of the countryside.
This new direction comes after almost 20 wonderful years of hosting weddings, celebrations, and unforgettable moments. De Haven Oost will no longer be hosting weddings going forward. While this was not an easy decision, we are deeply grateful for the many years we had the honour of being part of so many beautiful and special days.
Over the years, so many of our clients have told us that De Haven Oost feels like home. They have described it as peaceful, quiet, welcoming, and full of warmth. A place where they felt like family. Many have also shared how much they loved our gardens, the open space, and the calm atmosphere of the countryside.
It is because of this that we feel this next chapter is a natural extension of what De Haven Oost has always offered. We have always loved creating a space where people can come together, feel cared for, and make meaningful memories. Our retreat will allow us to continue doing this in a new way by opening our country estate to those who need time to breathe, slow down, reconnect, and relax.
To every couple, family, supplier, friend, follower, and client who has supported us over the years: thank you. Thank you for trusting us with your special days, for sharing your memories with us, and for allowing our family to be part of your journey.
