Our Partial Venue Hire is designed for intimate events where you want a beautiful venue setting without having to hire the entire property exclusively. It is ideal for baby showers, kitchen teas, birthdays, family celebrations, christenings and other private gatherings.

Choose from our Patio, Reception Area, Lounge, Cargo Hold or selected outdoor spaces, subject to availability.
Your selected area is reserved for your function, while the rest of the property may remain open to other guests.
Venue hire is available Thursday to Saturday, between 09:00 to 16:00.

SELF-CATERING
De Haven Oost offers a convenient self-catering venue option.
All food must be fully prepared off the premises and brought to the venue ready to serve.
Cooking and food preparation are not permitted on the property.
This makes the venue ideal for pre-prepared platters, grazing tables, baked goods, cakes and other ready-to-serve food.
BAR & BEVERAGES
A barman is included with your venue hire.
No outside alcoholic beverages may be brought onto the property.
All alcoholic beverages must be purchased directly from De Haven Oost.
DÉCOR
Décor is not included and is not supplied by De Haven Oost.
You are welcome to arrange and bring your own décor, provided that all installations are suitable for the venue and do not damage the property, furniture or gardens.
